You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omega Praxis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any business decisions made based on AI-generated content

11.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting our support team.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

13.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sofia jurisdiction - Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
